Shipping, Returns & Pricing...

All prices listed on this Website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice will be available online (to print/view) for you when you place your order.
Prices do not include shipping. Postage costs will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.

Freight is by Australia Post or Fastways Express and payable by the customer unless the customer is eligible for a special offer.

You will have the option to choose your preferred method of delivery at checkout.

Orders will be dispatched the next business after payment has been received. Same day dispatch if order and payment received before 3pm.

At Soap Shed we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.  However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to let us know of the problem.  This can be done via email or telephone and we will endeavour to rectify the problem satisfactorily. It is our policy that should product arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, the product will be returned in its original packaging at our cost and a refund given.
